We are Matthew and James, two people with substantial experience in both Project and Site Management. We have a passion for the construction industry and are committed to assisting our clients through any new build, major renovation or extension. We strive to support our clients through the 'owner build' process as we understand how challenging the journey can be. Our service model is based on face-to-face consulting and management throughout the build guiding you through the process to assist with budget and within your time frame whilst achieving contractual, quality and safety requirements.
We are available to support your needs and make the process of building or renovating your dream home as smooth as possible. We understand you may not have the construction experience required to deliver your project and that is why we are here

DESIGN, APPROVAL & COSTING
At OBA, our preference is to engage with our clients in the initial stage of any project to assist with design development and council/development approval. Our team has robust experience with stakeholders and architects/engineers to enable accelerated progression.
The team at OBA are capable of developing your plans and any ancillary documentation, provide estimation costing and program your works to accurately determine the duration of your project
At OBA, we tailor our package based on specific requirements of our clients.
Typically to assist on a site level, an OBA specialist will complete a weekly inspection with the client to ensure site issues are addressed.
Apart from face-to-face site inspections, our service also allows you to raise daily concerns with an OBA Specialist offline whether they be technical, quality, design or programming advice. We don't issue booklets of information filled with perplexing information that is not your daily language. We work along side you
POST CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS
At OBA, we provide post completion defects inspections where an OBA specialist will conduct a site inspection and provide you with a concise list of defects to be issued to the respective trades

Successfully planning and sequencing your project is the most critical part as an Owner builder. Staying ahead of current works and ensuring follow on trades are organised will save money and time. OBA will assist with a project program of works to ensure you are across upcoming works
You will need to co-ordinate and manage the project to ensure all works are completed to an acceptable standard and ensure all works are certified and completed correctly. OBA will assist in ensuring quality assurance is maintained.
As an Owner builder, you are the principal contractor and you are solely responsible for the site you manage is maintained in a safe way suitable for subcontractors to work. OBA will provide assistance on key safety factors to improve your site
Subcontractors need day to day management to ensure works completed meet the approved design. At OBA we hone in on specific trade works to ensure precise design requirements are met. This prevents unforeseen time and cost delays throughout the construction phase
