Design and approval
At OBA, our preference is to engage with our clients in the initial stage of any project to assist with design development and council/development approval. Our team has robust experience liaising with your stakeholders such as architects and engineers to enable accelerated progression. The team at OBA are capable of developing your plans and any ancillary documentation, provide estimation costings and program your works to provide trades indicative start and delivery dates for contractors and suppliers.
We tailor our package based on specific requirements of our clients. If you decide you would like to engage the team post design and approval, the team offer support through the post design and approval construction phase, providing site and project management services only. Typically, an OBA team member will visit site biweekly, however we accommodate less or more number of visits depending on your requirements. Apart from face to face visitations, the construction management service also allows for you to raise any concerns with an OBA specialist offline on a daily basis, whether they may be technical, quality, safety or programming advice. Our service is hands on in every sense of the phrase. We don’t issue booklets filled with perplexing information that is not your every day language. We work along side you
We provide post construction defect inspections whereby an OBA specialist will conduct a final site inspection and provide you with a concise list of quality defects to be issued to the respective trades.
